GROUP ORGANIZATION
The first Astra Group's company was incorporated in 1992. Key strategic decisions are made by Astra Holding's Board. Each company in Astra Group has its Executive Board (represented by at least one member of the Board of Astra Holding) Divisions and departments, each headed by its manager, are responsible for the development and performance of relevant sectors of business.

PERSONNEL
